What are Cree + Clay ceramics made out of?

Our products are crafted from either Earthenware or Stoneware clay, as specified in each product description.

Are Cree + Clay pieces microwave/oven/dishwasher safe?

• Earthenware: Not suitable for microwave, oven, or dishwasher due to its porous nature. Hand-washing is recommended.

• Stoneware: More robust and can be used in the microwave, oven, and dishwasher. However, hand-washing is recommended to prolong the life of your piece.

Is Cree + Clay packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, we prioritize reusing packaging materials for environmental sustainability. If reused packaging is unavailable, we use eco-friendly, recyclable, or biodegradable options.

How long does it take to dispatch Cree + Clay pieces, and who do you send with?

We aim to ship orders within one working day via Royal Mail. Special delivery requirements can be noted in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout.

Does Cree + Clay accept returns?

Yes, you can return items within 14 days of purchase if they have no visible signs of wear or use. Please repackage them suitably to avoid damage during return. Note: return shipping costs are not covered by Cree + Clay. Please email us to arrange a return.
